Mindi has a great eye for detail and has 30 years experience planning weddings and private and corporate functions. She can be present for weddings beginning to end to ensure a flawless event.

Biggerstaff's Catering is the preferred caterer for Hauser Hill. All food and linen arrangements are made with them directly at 717-334-3855 or biggerstaffscatering@comcast.net. Click biggerstaffscatering.com for more information. You may bring your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and it will be served by Biggerstaff's qualified bartenders. Biggerstaff's provides all glassware.

Weddings

Wedding ceremonies can be held on Helen's Terrace overlooking a breathtaking 40-mile view of orchards, forest and farmland OR vows can be said beside the vineyards against the beautiful backdrop of the rolling South Mountains. After the ceremony, guests will continue to enjoy the spectacular view for an indoor/outdoor “cocktail hour” in the 360 degree glass enclosed Jack's Event Room that flows out onto a beautiful shaded deck.

 

The reception is in Jack's Event Room OR in a white wedding tent adjacent to Jack's, depending on the number of guests. A one hour rehearsal is included.

Up To 80 Guests:

Helen's Terrace, Jack's Event Room and the deck can be reserved for four hours of set-up time, four hours of event time and one hour for breakdown.

White fiberglass folding chairs for the ceremony, rectangular tables seating 6-10 guests, high top tables, sweetheart table, natural wood folding chairs with ivory padded seats, a beautiful oak and natural stone bar and wine barrels for decoration are included. Facility set-up and breakdown for both ceremony and reception are included.

 

Up To 150 Guests:

For weddings with up to 150 guests, a white reception tent is added adjacent to Jack's Event Room. Helen's Terrace, Jack's Event Room, the deck and the reception tent can be reserved for five hours of set-up time, five hours of event time and one hour for breakdown. Facility set-up and breakdown for both ceremony and reception are included. 

White fiberglass folding chairs for the ceremony, rectangular tables, 60-inch round tables seating 8-10 guests, high top tables, sweetheart table, natural wood folding chairs with ivory padded seats, a beautiful oak and natural stone bar and wine barrels for decoration are included. The tent has window side walls for inclement weather and outdoor flooring for dancing. Portable heaters will be added if needed.

Weddings larger than 150 guests, prices will be quoted depending on the size of the tent placed down by the vineyards.

Private Events
Up To 80 Guests:

Celebrate any occasion while enjoying a breathtaking view of orchards, forests and farmland in Jack's Event Room that can accommodate up to 80 guests. Helen's Terrace and deck are also available.

 

Hauser Hill is a perfect choice for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement celebrations, vow renewals, baby showers, birthday parties, class reunions, graduation parties, retirement parties, holiday/Christmas gatherings, sweet sixteen parties and celebration of life services.

Facility set up and breakdown are included. Rectangular tables seating 6-10 guests, high top tables, natural wood folding chairs with ivory padded seats, a beautiful oak and natural stone bar, and wine barrels for decoration are included for private events.

 

Jack's Event Room, Helen's Terrace and deck can be reserved for events from 11:00am-4:00pm OR from 5:00pm-10:00pm (one hour set up, three hours for event and one hour for breakdown).

30 Or Fewer Guests:

Jack's Event Room offers an affordable semi-private option for smaller groups of 30 or fewer guests. The room can be divided with one party accessing the deck and another party accessing the terrace.

Corporate Events
Up To 100 Guests, Friday, Saturday & Sunday:

Jack's Event Room can accommodate up to 100 guests for conferences, fundraisers, business luncheons, client or employee appreciation dinners, and corporate socials.  Guests can enjoy the amazing view from Helen's Terrace and from the deck. Facility set up and breakdown are included.

Rectangular tables seating 6-10 guests, high top tables, natural wood folding chairs with ivory padded seats, a beautiful oak and natural stone bar, and wine barrels for decoration are included for events. Jack's Event Room, Helen's Terrace and deck can be reserved for corporate events from 11:00am-4:00pm OR 5:00pm-10:00pm (one hour set up, three hours for event and one hour for breakdown).

Up To 100 Guests, Monday thru Thursday:

Special rates apply for corporate events held Monday thru Thursday from 11:00am-9:00pm.
